little bit of everything for your weekend....

A collection of stuff (Trill Hop, ChillWave, ChillHop and other unheard/ridiculous-sounding genres) to please those ears for whatever your doing on your sunny Saturday.

Morcheeba - Charango

you'll be hearing more of this 90/00's cocktail music clan in the near future (...DYNU MIX))

Johnny Polygon- Fuckin Awesome

All props go to my man Shannon for this find... upcoming artist Johnny Polygon has a completely unique style, previous mixtapes "Wolf In Cheap Clothing" and "Rebel Without Applause" have this Kid-Cudi-like, carefree approach- from the beats to the lyrics. On the verge of being quite pop, but keeps himself secured in underground mode with his carefully thought out rhymes. He has an EP on its way. More on the man soon!

Chase N. Cashe - What's Your Name

The Surf Club solo artist just finished up Club Paradice Tour with Drizzy Drake and gives us a taste of whats to come

Add-2 - All Of The Kings (produced by Prophecy)

Another rapper to keep your eye on, from Chicago

Add-2 - "Cotton Fields" (prod. D-Man)

Mickey Factz - The Arts (Avant Garde)

Sweeeeet spit over 90's Nasty Nas! Off "Mickey MauSe Mixtape"

Stalley - "Hammers and Vogues" (feat. Curren$y)

Curren$y blows the Maybach Music artist out of the water on his own track.. sorta as expected

XXYYXX- Breeze

This is where things start to slow down... nice and ambient, and a little mind-fucking.

Porter Robinson- Hello (ft. Sue Cho) (Schoolboy Remix)

Shouts to Ringo, the man with 1000 music tastebuds over at mumumunchies for this artist.. I hate to admit it but this type of music is slowly growing on me with all the new mix ideas I sift through. Unfamilar grounds for me..

Buddy – Staircases (feat. Kendrick Lamar) (prod. Pharrell Williams)

How does a song with the likes of Pharrell and Kendrick cop such a weak hook? Pharrell's protege has a bit of work to do yet.

Buddy – Agitated (feat. Sir Michael Rocks) (prod. Chuck Inglish)

Mac Miller- Macadelic (Mixtape)

After Blue Slide Park, I could almost give up on the dude for good. I'm happy I didn't, cause this mixtape has some fly beats. Maybe it's due to no pressure from the heavyweight record labels, whatever it is this kills Blue Slide Park. I just love the carefree vibes you get from mixtapes. Some of the lyrics/samples though... just unnecessary. Been bumping it for a few days, if you're not too keen on downloading the whole 18 tracks, I've handpicked a few just for you.

Loud (prod. by I.D. Labs)

Thoughts From A Balcony (prod. by Sap) (This is the Mac we used to hear)

Fight The Feeling (feat. Kendrick Lamar & Iman Omari) (prod. Iman Omari)

Lucky Ass Bitch (feat. Juicy J) (prod. by Lex Luger) THIS SHIT GOES OFF.

Angels (When She Shuts Her Eyes) (prod. by Clams Casino)

Sunlight (feat. Iman Omari) (prod. Teddy Roxpin)

Aliens Fighting Robots (feat. Sir Michael Rocks (...watch out for this guy)) (prod. Brandun Deshay)

Big K.R.I.T. - 4EvaNADay (Mixtape)

I've been meaning to post this for a while, came out a couple weeks ago and my god it is good. Big K.R.I.T is blowing up quick, he's been underground for a while, K.R.I.T. Wuz Here was popular back in 2009, but most people (including me) only have started really taking notice since late last year. His southern accent and soultry smooth beats are contagious. All songs are self-produced... in terms of young talent he's right there with J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar. His debut major label alum is due out sometime in SEPTEMBER, obviously subject to change. Easily one of the most anticipated for this year.

Opiuo vs Outkast- Kangaroos (DYNU Mix) (feat. Raekwon from Wu-Tang Clan)

Here we are, as promised... new DYNU mix!!

WZRD (KiD CuDi & Dot Da Genius) - Wzrd (ALBUM)

From the top, straight up, I think this album is incredible. I am a little bit of a sucker for brand new sounds haha. Cudi has taken on a whole new creative direction with best friend Dot Da Genius. If you're expecting Man-On-The-Moon-1-&-2-type of music you're in for a shock. Sprinkle a bit of Pink Floyd and Nirvana into this crazy new emotional psychedelic "Kid Cudder-ised version of Electric Light Orchestra" sound and you have WZRD. Grab an epic pair of headphones and enjoy every detail...

Finding it real hard post singles off the album... copyright is doing its job. Best I can do:

High Off Life (prod. by Dot Da Genius)

The Dream Time Machine (feat. Empire of the Sun) (prod. by Dot Da Genius)

Love Hard (prod. by Dot Da Genius)
